Why are you waiting? Sign up today for a Boys & Girls Clubs of Council Bluffs Membership. Membership is available to all youth ages 6-18 and includes a daily, nutritious meal. Just fill out the forms below and return them to the Club along with your $30 yearly membership fee. Please call the Club for summer early (7:00 am - 6:00 pm) program prices.
