Join us August 19th for a Free Community Event featuring Club Kid #7, Pepe Serna! This event will feature a red carpet entrance to the premiere of Pepe Serna's new documentary. There will be performances by the Rose Shaw Dazzling Dance Team and more, a book signing by Pepe Serna, the dedication of our Art Room to Pepe Serna, and the world premier of Pepe Serna: Life Is Art!

About Pepe SernaPepe Serna is a Mexican-American actor, artist, and director who has appeared in more than 100 films and over 300 TV shows. He is most recognizable for his roles in Scarface, Silverado, The Rookie, and American Me.
Pepe was born and raised in right here in Corpus Christi. In fact, he was member number 7 at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Bend. Pepe Serna helped start the Club, and because of members like him, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Bend has been able to succeed for 65+ years! Pepe is still pursuing his love of film and TV, but he is also working as a motivational speaker to help educate and inspire the public to work hard and dream big! Pepe Serna is an inspiration to everyone! His life and story prove that if you work hard and pursue your passion, you can accomplish anything! |
